Beyond Meat and PepsiCo are partnering to form an LLC called PLANeT Partnership.
PLANet Partnership will focus on making plant based snacks and drinks. Plant- based food and drinks are generally more environmentally friendly than the alternative animal-based products due additional resources needed in raising animals.
PepsiCo, to its credit, has made attempts and promises to model itself into a more environmentally friendly company by signing a UN Pledge to reduce global emissions.
